How much will it add up for a comp. like this:

• 1gig RAM
• Flat screen Monitor

Heres what i want to be able to do:

• Photoshop
• Microsoft Office
• WoW
• Web-Browsing
• Quick Youtube loading
• Faster Downloads

I totally need a new comp i have this:

3 Hard Drives
256mb RAM
HUGE Screen

I would like a NVIDIA video card

That's just the video cards memory. The system that lhuser posted has 2GB DDR2 533MHz total system memory.

From my experiences, WOW isn't an incredibly demanding game of the graphics card, so yes. It should be able to complete the tasks that you want it to do with no problem.
