Azureus, will my friend get caught?

Well, my friend has Azureus, and on Vuze she can download new bittorrents straight from the Vuze software. Now as she was downloading, speeds went up to 700kb/s!!! now im afraid that these torrents just might be some government tracking torrents tricking people into downloading or something like that. Would it be safe for me to download straight from Vuze? any cases of law suits or legal cases with Vuze, and has anyone been caught with Vuze?

Really, it depends on what torrents we are talking about.

Odds are good that they are illegal, but lets not name them, so we can talk about them..

Odds are good, he is safe, however, you cant always be fully sure. But with so many people doing it, its hard to think that you friend would get caught.
