so during boot, even in bios, there's these weird vertical lines of dots all over the screen, this lasts all the way through the windows loading screen but once xp starts it goes away. Next after it boots, weird things happen, like icons on the screen disappearing when a window goes over it, or say things in the start menu visibly dissapear, then they're back again or never come back. Then after about 4 minutes the screen will go blank. I've reinstalled xp, loaded all new drivers, expecially the gpu drivers because i thought that was the problem, but that wouldn't cause windows to screw with icons. There is no artifacting or anything like that. Here's a picture of when i try to boot. The mobo has always been acting up and i think it is what's causing the problem, but who knows. Any ideas?
