Yeah, go for it I always think slightly overclocked cards are a waste of money though.

What processor and m/board do you have??

No use whacking a top card like the 8800GT in there if it is going to get bottlenecked by the cpu.

I am building a new computer, and have been waiting for this card to get in stock. I will get a C2D or maybe a nice amd cpu. Once I decide that i'll choose my mobo.

The 8800GT is only a single slot, and probably won't be as long as the GTX either, so it should be safe on all but the smallest of cases.
