time for a new graphics card?

hi guys. seeing that helgate london was just released, i think its time to get a graphics card that can play it, cause the one i have right now doesnt support pixel shader 2.0, afaik. if i'm wrong please tell me! right now i have radeon x700 256mb. i dont know what my motherboard is, or how to find out, what tool will tell me that? i was thinking of getting this - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102099
i think im going to get a new coolingfan+heatsink, as well as another stick of ram . i think i only have 512 right now. is putting a 512 stick and a 1gb stick in bad?

evga is by far the best manufacturer and the 8800GT is better than that ATI card. MUCH better deal if you get that. you dont need a PCI-E 2.0 board to run it too, you can use your current board.

Yeah, take the advice. 8800GT is just so l33t that the world might explode from it's l33tness, it's seriously that awesome of a card.
