Here are good ones:
AVG FREE
Spybot search and destroy
Ad-Aware
Zonealarm
Registry Cleaner
They are some good ones.

Last time I checked those didn't have spam filters in them and actually have nothing to do with spam.
AVG FREE is an antivirus program. Unless you get the internet security from grisoft, there's no antispam.
spybot and adaware are antispyware programs
Zonealarm is a firewall
and Registry cleaner.... well obviously the title explains that one!
