What are some good free spam / spyware / adware software besides windows defender?

windows defender sucks.

although the best way to stay clean is dont go to sites that look shady, i have never had problems with spyware\adware\viruses even though i have never had any regular anti virus\spyware\adware programs installed on my pc.

same here except for onetime that fake spyware blocker shit got installed on my pc so i just want to stay safe

oh right right.

so avg, zone alarm, both of which are firewalls, are great spam killers. oh and i suppose the registry cleaner really will do the job just like ad-aware and spybot.

don't copy and paste. you need to know what you're suggesting.
