O olstoro Beta member Messages 3 Nov 9, 2007 #1 I have a Dragon Soyo KT400-8235 motherboard with onlt 256mb of memory and is far from enough! I have many other memory sticks, but none of them fit into the sockets! what type should i be looking for to fit? Thank you

BrynF_UK Fully Optimized Messages 1,574 Nov 9, 2007 #2 well, if you have the motherboard manual it should say in there, but from what ive looked at it can support the following: DDR 400/333/266/200 and it accepts 184-Pin PC3200/PC2700/PC2100/PC1600 DDR SDRAM memory. It can accept up to 3Gb (2Gb if using DDR 400 memory). These are examples from Newegg... 512Mb Kingston Value RAM (400MHz) 256Mb Kingston Value RAM (400MHz) 2Gb (2x 1Gb) PNY Optima RAM (400MHz)

ssc456 Fully Optimized Messages 4,280 Nov 9, 2007 #3 is that the ultra ? well all i can find is the SY-KT400 DRAGON Ultra ??? and that can only DDR with speeds upto 400Mhz so u prob have DDR2 or some other form of RAM
