Computer is Screwing up

Hold in the power button on front of the PC for about 10 seconds and it should shut off. If it does not, consult someone who can help you.

How about some information for us to work with please.

as David asked, do the fans power up, does it beep?

Also, type of cpu, ram, m/board, hdd, psu etc or if it is a brand name pc the brand and model.

Need more information before I can help you out. Computer specs would be a nice start. As well as any such information regarding whether there is a beeping noise when you hit the button and/or the fans start running.

The guy is having problems turning on the computer, not turning it off.

I've heard opening your computer and putting a magnet in there works well.

Also, computers work better when they're wet.
