CPU Cooler

On this new build I'm working on, I'm trying to figure out if I can fit this CPU Cooler in my case http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835118020 (Cooler)

I haven't bought the cooler or case yet, so If you do have any other reccomendations, feel free. But the case has to have AC

yes i have the 9500 version of that cooler and you will be able to fit it in that case no probs

Does it absolutely have to be that cooler? If not I would recommend the Ultra 120 Extreme if you plan to overclock.

Do I need to buy a fan for that? or I just need that heatsink?

I really like that fan, though personally, the LED one is slightly cheaper, but performs the same.
I have it running a quad at 3.2GHZ, and I've had it at 3.6GHZ at like 65 degrees C, but still worked fine
