DB Error

I Got a long error,i could not even go to the main page,just a white screen from about 1.00 GMT10+ to about 2.20 GMT10+ 20th october.

I'm getting an incredible slowdown at around 11pm, Sunday the 21st of October. Dial up speed and at times, page not found error. I know it can't be my FIOS connection because all the other sites are going full speed ahead. Anyone else experiencing this too?
