c:/documents and settings/YOUR USER NAME/application data/mozilla/firefox/profiles if you copy they whole folder that is a bunch of numbers and letter (in profiles) (ususally ended with a .default) it will also backup your installed extensions

Another way to save your bookmarks would be to open Firefox, click on Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks. In the next window, click File > Export. Choose where you would like the Bookmarks file to be saved.
