k, at my friends house we set up all surveillance cameras all around the outside of the house and all over the inside. All these cameras are hooked up to something which IDK what it is but doesn't pertain to the question.

But somehow the cameras are viewed on teh computers using Picco 2000

IS there a way to view these cameras from remote computers?
We can do this on his local network becuase it asked for the ip and I just type the internal IP address.

But is there a way to get this viewable online?

So for example I log on my computer at home open up the program and type in a name or ip address to view the cameras?

what os is it? if its xp pro or vista you could try to use remote desktop and just access picco 2000 via your computer through remote desktop, other than that i dont know of a way, unless he sets up a web server with a domain

if your have your own websites
im pretty sure u can set it up 4 direct feeds off of windows media player
dont exactly no how
