I recently bought Edifier-C2 2.1 channel speakers for my comp. I am using Asus P5B VM motherboard which has a total 6 audio-out jacks on its motherboard. + 1 line in jack for mic. I have connected the E pin of the speaker in one of the jacks and it does play the sound. and well enough.
However my question is is it the real 2.1 sound I am getting or is it just an ordinary sound from my machine which is being piped to my 2.1 speakers ? What is the best way to connect a single pin 2.1 speaker on a comp. Are there any 2.1 enhancer software available on the net.
