Best Custom Avatar

I use Nero's editor when i'm just re sizing a picture. Its as simple as clicking edit and choosing the size I want.

Yay! I finally get to use Mike Wazowski from Monsters Inc. I've been using this little guy for years.

havent seen you about in a while.
if you could some how edit your avatar to get rid of all the white it would look pretty good, but i doubt its that easy seems as though its animated and all

I really have no preference in what program I use for a measly little task like resizing, just so long as the image doesn't get out of whack or look distorted due to the resizing. I have some HP crap my wife put on my computer for the scanner that I usually end up using...I don't spend a whole lot of time resizing avatars
