Some questions about Linux...

Hi

Well ive been looking to install Linux on a computer im repairing. And i was wondering which version i should get.

I'd prefer one that has a GUI interface like XP or what have you with icons and stuff I was wondering if anyone would be willing to take a few screen shots of the "start" menu in Linux or whatever it is they call it and perhaps a folder showing their version of the explorer bar and so on.

this screenshot says it all. the box on the left is just a terminal, dont worry that doesnt stay on the desktop, theyve just brought it up
oh thats ubuntu btw, the best one imo
