The essense of it all

Lol, well; it worked...
Picture003-4.jpg

Front and back + the rest of my wood. Mind you EVERYTHING I had was not straight. The first board to cut front and back was 15 6/8 x enough for 48'' total for front and back board, and then the smallest port board in the box. So then this still uncut long piece in the picture (also has no straight sides) was for the sides, and the top, bottome and other board for inside the port.

Re: My build log for my MTX 7515.

The not-so-square wood rears its ugly head - Funny fact: This is all 7layer plywood that is scrap from counter tops that were made in the new condo complex across the street from work... I nabbed it out of their scrap pile.

Kinda startin to look like a box (port is cleaned up). its now about a half inch to big on the bottom and 1/4'' to big on the top, so to compensate I made it .75'' shorter.

Plenty of screws and silicone

Really looks like a box now

I tried to fix the oops's with the rotozip saw, and it worked well. It looks great under carpet

Re: My build log for my MTX 7515.

Finally about to look normal
Picture051.jpg

While im doing this, its raining on my car!
Picture052.jpg

Anyways back to box
Picture053.jpg

So what I did is put in for little tiny screws to hold the carpet, and then rolled the box around and put liquid nails all on one side, then stuck the fabric to it. So then I just will over lap the 4 screws that origionally just held the fabric on.
