I think Ill buy the graphics card now, then buy the extra 2gb of ram. If its still slow, ill consider the proccessor purchase.

@Ihuser- i dont think i can use the D series, because i only have a 915 chipset. I believe i need at least a 955.
@Compman- buying a C2D would mean new motherboard, new case (mine is btx), new hard drive and new OS. unfortunately im just too poor! (unless anyone wants to donate money to me?)

I'd save the money on the pentium, and go for RAM, a decent amount more. You could always sell that computer, and build a new one. Save for another 3 months, and than do it.

month+ You'll be able to play it on low, and those couple upgrades wont help much anyway.

Yes you can. A D series will works on ANY platform from the 865G or higher.
