ATI tool wouldnt work. Not a digitaly signed driver or something.

you should be able to make it install though, i know ive installed drivers not signed by microsoft

it installed, but when I run it, it says it cannot load the driver.

download everest ultimate edition, just google it

Ok, downloading now, I will tell you results when they are done. Also, I used Ntune to downclock 20mhz on core and the same on memory. Will that make a big temp difference? And performance?

it defenatily wont hurt performance, might affect temps a bit.

Everest says my graphics card temp is 58 right now. While my computer had been idling without use.
