this seems off......

ive tired them
and i have done all windows update
trust me its not the issue
 
Well it's probably a good idea to have the latest drivers anyway...

But reinstall/update your motherboard drivers.
 
just a long shot but have you stress tested your card to see if its running alright?
 
Try this. It probably won't do anything, but go into the BIOS.

Now, make sure if there is any onboard graphics, switching them off.

2, make sure the AGP bus that handles the video card is set to boot first as the graphics port so it doesn't have to manually search.
Sometimes PCI is made to boot first, when you haven't got a card inserted into this.

I doubt that'll do anything, but anythings worth a try.
