Well, what will you use your new machine for?

Are you a grea video editor, image editing, multimedia creations? If so, an Apple computer would serve you great. If you are into a hardcore gamer, you should get a PC, and building your own is easy.

Depending on your intentions, I'll give you a hand from what you chose.

HI I WANT THE COMPUTER JUST TO EDIT VIDEOS/PHOTOS AND SURF THE INTERNET. NOTHING ELSE...I DONT PLAY GAMES ONLINE.

Well if you are used to the Mac platform then i would go for one of them, they are excellent for Photo/Video editing.

Plus you will have a nice full coverage warranty with Apple, compared to building a machine yourself.
