I've seen some pretty crazy stuff on craigslist San Antonio... I'm pretty sure I've seen at least 1 "gaming Celeron system". I always see "Pentium Celeron" CPUs in computers on craigslist, but I have yet to actually find any elsewhere...hmmm...

You could say all kinds of good stuff about your computer on an ad, any person that needs a computer but doesn't know anything about computers will easily buy it probably. I haven't actually tried it, so it's just a theory. I sell honestly.

EDIT: it can be used for like selling a P3 system, say a bunch of good things about it, but price it reasonably. Seen it done plenty of times with P1 and P2 systems. Not sure if they ever sold or not.
