try reinstalling directx 9 and reinstall your graphics drivers

i tired dx9 and my drivers r fine becouse they work with other games just fine

Wait let me remember this from XP since it looks like your using XP.

Try going to properties and somewhere it says hardware acceleration and such and if its too low it turns off accelerated graphics. I completely forgot the XP properties window so sorry if thats not the problem then sorry for that. Its just worth a try.

i ran DXDIAG
and it says direct draw acceleration not available

I would still try new drivers, or even re-installing your current ones. Just because they work for every other thing, doesn't mean it's not the cause here.

i reinstalled latest and the ones game with box

Right Click Desktop>Properties>Settings>Advanced>Troubleshooting

make sure your video accel. is up
