I talked my Dad into letting me build his computer :) Is this setup okay?

I know people are going to say get a 680i chipset, but my father is not going to be overclocking at all, and the 650i was cheaper and I'm very familiar with that board since I have it already. If you have any other ideas, I'm very open to different ideas. I'm trying not to go over this budget, but willing to change a few things if needed. Thank you.
 
that is an excellent build. that rig is well suited for just about everything including gaming. what does he plan on using this setup for?
 
lol, he obviously knows his computers, and you do too. i hope he enjoys this build, it should run most games on high settings.
 
i have 1 extra of those sticks, so he will have 3gigs, no sense on getting 4 since 32bit can only use 3.5
 
well, I'll order within a few days, then I'll get building. Anyone know if I need to buy any heatsinks or fan for the processor, or does it come with that stuff?
