i like BT. if you ignore my serious line problems and stuff then they are actually a good company (its not their fault my line is screwed). no download problems, no slowdown, etc.

be broadband have 24megs service if its available in your area
also just google UK isp reviews and have a look at various sites mostly the customer reviews and see what customers say

i moved from aol to BT, since then the net has been going slower and my ping has gone higher, i never had a prob with aol, but moved to bt coz it was cheaper and now i see why....

the only thing i dont like with all these isp is the usage thing that they put on, you pay for the service so it shouldnt matter how much data you download, they just want more money from you, its stupid
