How long domain..1&1?

Looking at who is there is a website that is not in use and is going to expire in november and i dont think that the owner is going to register it.

How long will it be untill it is available to buy again?

Should be straight away, if the domain expires, and he doesn't buy it, it'll be on the market ASAP.
