Hi all hows every bodies day been?, I'm buzzing at the moment as I started a diet 10 days ago I cut out all the junk food ate plenty of fruit and have covered a few miles running. I jogged 5 days last week for an average of an hour each day covering 3.5 to 4.5 miles. Ive been twice this week and have lost 1 stone so far, I'm very happy with that and feel allot fitter already, I just feel great and full of life.
yea i always feel good after doing diet related things. ill start again one day. im not really that fat anyway so its no biggie atm.
had an ok day
got my driving test next week
