i wanna record myself playing css but it makes my game run very slow how do i make it record and run fast i have...

E6750 @ 3.2ghz

2GB Ram

Sli 8800 gts's

and i run the game @ 1680x1050 everything on full except filtering thats on trinier

first off your going to need TONS of room, at 1024x1028 it takes up about 1gb a min. because its uncompressed, you will have to buy the full version to be able to really film yourslef unless you have a lot of free space. also bump up the FPS that it records at, make it 25 or 30

record to a second hard drive, so your not trying to Read and Write to one drive, ive found this will help keep the game running smoothly.

and ya, uncompressed you looking @ massive amounts of room, then your gonna have to compress it if you want to put it on the web or anything.
