It did help to reseat the CPU, but I had to take the 6 pin connector out to get the heatsink off, then after reseating I forgot to connect it again... At least I don't have to RMA anything yet, that would be a bummer. All is working well now, installing Windows as I type this. The only thing that might still not work is the second GPU it won't show video b/c it's the secondary vid card, and I don't have Windows installed to enable it yet.

The 7600GTs are not for SLI. I just have 2 cards so that I can use 3 monitors. I'm a big fan of multi monitors and I've been using 3 monitors with my P4 setup. I'll use the same 3 CRT monitors until I save up for three 19" wide Acer LCDs http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16824009091
