Vista ReadyBoost?

My dad got 3 1GB sticks from work, and I thought I could use them (possibly just 2) for Vista's ReadyBoost feature.
Does it really help the system out? As I only have 1GB of internal RAM, would I see any difference? If so, in where?

then put in ready boost and see what the difference is

what r your other specs? and run and downloade 3d mark test
see what you get first with ready boost then with out
then take a screen shot of the results and show us

How much RAM do you have? 2GB and above and you won't notice anything.
