A little help with building my computer...

Ok, as always when I am in dire need of expert advice, I have fallen back upon good old computerforums, once again! This time, instead of continually accepting criticism for my terribly outdated 2.6ghz P4 system, and my below-par ATI x1300 pro, I have come for advice for a complete build! That's right, I am asking for advice on a NEW COMPUTER (yay). Enough with the formalities, I will cut to the chase: I have already selected most of the parts which (I believe) will provide me with a decent gaming computer. My part list (with comments) is as follows:

As you can see, this is a BUDGET build. Any help/comments on ANY of these parts would be great, as this is my first build and I don't want to bust my wallet or be disappointed, either.

Yea, you might be able to run Warcraft II with that.

the HD brand never heard of it
mobo seems WAY to cheap
ram brand is unknown
and CPU not great if that price it would b a Brisbane

Updated CPU to Brisbane and HD to Western Digital. Still would like some more good input on a good video card and case/PSU. Thanks for the input so far.

I updated the MOBO to a nicer GIGABYTE one, it's $75, but it seems like a really good one. I also found some nicer RAM, seems to have better reviews. I think I found a nice case and video card as well.
