Make a forum on some free site; http://www.invisionfree.com or something and redirect it to a .co.nr domain: www.freedomain.co.nr/

Yeah the .co.nr and free forums are a seperate service altogether, but .co.nr are mainly used for free forums.

I would recommend www.myfreeforum.org It runs Phpbb, with a few mods. If you wanted, you could have a forum on my server, either phpbb2, or SMF, then you could point a .co.nr domain to the web folder, at least then you could install mods etc.

myxfree.net and freeweb7 are great free hosts. you can install phpbb yourself, therefore you have full access to it.
then just get a free .co.nr redirect
