not if you have a desktop case (aka the motherboard is parallel to the ground) it will still flex a bit, but not as badly.

Yeah that could be a fair point , maybe they could make a way to mount it to the case as well so the case takes some of the strain

Well, judging from my own case, I'd say it's going to be a very tight squeeze. But hey, it's a gorgeous looking product and innovative, I might consider it if I was running my components in a full tower. I hope AnandTech does a review on it. That would be nice.
