Tech Support for DIGIGR8 DV182 Camera.

Anyone know where to get tech support for this? My problem is that I installed the drivers and stuff, but when I plug in the camera, I don't see it in the hardware section, but for some reason I can still use it as a a PC camera.

I got the camera as a free gift for subscribing to Dish Network. Can't tell how the quality is though as I can't connect it to my computer yet.

Well, if you got it from dishnetwork... then you have to find out where they got it from lol
