He wasnt even ranting at you man , he was just saying people arent on their computers 24/7 so it may take them some time to respond to things , not everyone has access to a camera all the time and people are in different situations and lead completely different lives you need to consider that some time
The guy even said he had no problems with what you where asking so why start something out of completely nothing at all
