what is the difference betwen these satas my mobo says that it has satall/3g
i have a segate sata hardrive on hand all ready owned id like to use along with a new hdd but idk if it will work

You're ok to use your Seagate drive with your motherboard. Those specs states that the motherboard can support up to SATA II (3gbps theoritical transfer rate) hard drives and anything less than that is ok too.

SATA I is 150MBs while SATA II is 300MBs. If it's a sata I then it will work on a sata II board just at half the speed. If it's a sata II drive and the board is sata I you'll have to set the jumper on the drive to 150 mode to let the board see it.
