service startup type keeps reseting

I just got a new laptop and I need to change the windows update service to start automaticaly instead of delayed auto. I changed the way that it starts up
but for some reason it resets to delayed auto everytime I restart or every few times. Any one know how to keep it from changing back or make it permanent?

Im using the services.msc to change it.
