How do I know if my motherboard is agp 2x or 4x?

Its a Powercolor Radeon 9550 256MB, like i said its that connector that the problem.
Ok, Ive been doing some reseach on a selection of card, if anybody has time could you please tell me which one will work and will be my best by, thanks in advance.

Connect3D RADEON 7000: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Connect3D-R...1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1189852707&sr=1-1
Inno3D Geforce FX 5200 (128MB): http://www.ebuyer.com/product/119723/product_info/rb/0

Thats all ive got so far, the 2 geforce ones say they are agp 8x/4x, will they be too quick for the port seeing as its only 2x but can support up to 4x?

This is what the manual says about the AGP socket:
AGP expansion-card connectors: one
AGP expansion-card connector size: 124 pins
AGP expansion-card connector data width (maximum): 32 bits
AGP: 66 or 133 MHz

i have an old P4 computer wit a 52ooFX and its great i would highly recommend it and i had the 128 mb so that really is just fine for a res of 1024 by 764

Thanks for all the replys, yeh that card does look good but im just not sure if it will definately work seeing as it says its AGP 8x/4x but mine has a 2x socket but CPU-Z says it will support a max of 4x (as shown in the picture further above). This PC only has a Pentium III-E 700mhz.
