You could proberbly code a program that would rotate through a list of proxy's, untill it craxxed it!

yeah you could. But it wouldn't chage anything. Since when you enter the password incorrectly 3 times it blocks the account for x amount of minutes, not the computer you used. (not 100% about this, but I'd imagine that it's like this)
So changing the ip wouldn't do any good.

All that password checker does is tell you that words are weak and when you put a number behind it it's a medium strength password. I use a password for some things that I guarantee noone will ever guess and it will not be on any password list you can find. It's spanish.
