chat section?

Thats realy what the social lounge and random thread are for
We have far to many members to make a chatbox viable and if i wanna toalk to people i talk to them on MSN if you want to add me jst send me a PM

i dont think we have to many
i mean we just upgraded the server so y not take more advantage of it and
make a chat room section with a couple of rooms in it
i mean i love threads but a chat room would be better for other things

id happily host some sort of a chatroom on my forum/server,
but i just dont think it would be a good idea for cf

I say no. We have enough members, and too many sections as it is. Just use MSN, AIM, yahoo or skype or something to chat with members. Besides, I bet there would be some flame wars in the chatroom as well, we've had them just about everywhere else on here so it's almost guaranteed with a chatroom.

I'd be interested in a Ventrilo than a chat room for a forum..
But even a Ventrilo seems to be a stretch in the opinion of our members. ;-)

we already have the "random chit chat" thread.
Not only is it pretty similar to a chat room, but the messages are always there so mods can see if there is any flaming going on and can take action.
