Chicken & mushroom quiche and the other is a savory slice, both bought from my local market, the savory slice must be eaten warm as it melts in your mouth

i just had some toast with random bits out of the fridge and some biscuits after to wash it all down. cba to make anything proper. got work in like 45 mins

You will have to take my word for it GORGEOUS, I only stumbled on the savory slice by accident last year while walking through my local market, It was about lunch time and my nose tuned into this lovely smell of cooking so I went over to the meat counter and asked what they had cooking, the rest is history.

just got back from work, surprisingly i feel a bit better now, i guess it was the walking about instead of mazing around
still feel a bit crappy, so i bought 2 big cream filled muffins
