Hey, does anyone know any good video screen capture freeware?

I use cam studio as it can export to AVI AND SWF JUST GOOGLE IT

Another good one is wink however this is more aimed at making tutorials as it ahs options to add stuff like labels in and can only export to swf

I was also wondering what screen capture software I could use for recording game sessions from like Counter-Strike or Battlefield 2 that is free.

I'm looking for a high quality video and audio recorder, so I can record movies and put em on my hard drive.

No cam studio is free but i thik the usage you have in mind isnt legal but hey .
I dont actually think it would be that good for recordin movies , and as for games i dunno cos ther emight be problems to do with Direct X 10

Yeah, recording movies is illegal..
And recording streaming web cams without consent, is illegal..

Just be careful.

Is it illegal if you don't resell it? and yeah, it sucks for movies, I got pixelage like no other, and the sound quality was poppy and sucky.

and i dunno the law is funny , it may be illegal but if its for personal use you have like next to no chance of being caght
