I had to flush my DNS to get on it.

NOTE TO ANYONE RUNNING VISTA - TO FLUSH YOUR DNS, YOU HAVE TO RUN COMMAND PROMPT AS ADMINISTRATOR

Start
Accessories
Right Click "Command Prompt"
Click "Run as Administrator"
Type in "ipconfig /flushdns" and hit enter

Yeah some ISPs cache them.
