get the GTX verison is alsmots the same thing as ULTRA, ULTRA is maybe 5% more efficent (its overclocked) as the GTX, but if u have money to spand sure get the ULTRA its the BEST GF on the market right now.!

I wouldn't bother with the Ultra, not for the price difference. All it is, is an overclocked GTX. Simply overclock the GTX to Ultra speeds

Yeah, definitely don't waste your money on an 8800 Ultra. Get an 8800GTX, and spend the rest on something else like a sound card or a Raptor hard drive.
