Okay so if I go to Run->Cmd
or since i have vista I type in CMD and nothing I type in works
for example if I type in "Net View"
I get the message
"Net View is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file"
even if I type in Help it says the same thing....
I am the only user of this computer, I am a full system administrator..
I don't understand why this is happening, I reformatted my computer like last week and everything went fine, I really don't want to have to reformat again eventually I know I will have to but i don't want to since everything!!! Else is working fine on my computer,
Plus i have a crap load of games that takes about a day to reinstall onto my comp.
