Maybe their are lots of processes running using up lots of the cpu making it hot?How about your room is it hot in your room? Try getting like a window fan like one you plug into the wall not a computer fan and aim it at your computer or turn on your houses air conditioner
Turn your pc off tonight and take off the case door

my room isnt hot anymore it was only that one day. and i dont think i need to take off my case door cuz i have a cm stacker 830 and its very well ventilated
