I'm looking for the best C2D mobo I can get for 120-130$ max, i'm looking to over clock a bit also.

The best C2D mobos are the 680i chipsets. Unfortunately there is nothing below $150, can you spend that much?

This is your best bet for that price range. Its $159.99 but its great for core2duo's.

too expensive -.- anything thats still good and a little more in my stated price range
it doesnt have to be a crossfire/sli board, i'm not planning on runing either.

Yeah I second that one that Rudster posted. 650i is the closet your going to get for the money. So I would go for it.
