i usually use my familys computer to use CF but im getting really into CSS and i can only play it when my brothers laptop is on and in his room(he connects it to the wireless and shares his connection with me via a router) im getting sick of him unplugging me when i lag him while he is playing Halo 2, he would also be able to play on our "other connection" when i play CSS so we dont lag each other. here is the card i want to get

reviews look nice but i have to go around my door and another wall to my modem's wireless, my brothers onboard wireless gets a good enough signal to get full bandwidth but will that card be able to get enough signal to get my full bandwidth(i need it, i have slow internet, usually ping in the 100's )

Should reach. It's not that far away. I would give it a go.
Why not buy a router? So you don't have to share a connection.

you will still share the connection. maybe a repeater if the signal sucks?
