Is there a difference between these 2 video cards?

I'm trying to get the best AGP card available to me. (You might remember me from the other topic lol )

The only difference is that the bottom one has

EDIT: and the second one has a little bit of a higher core clock and mem clock.

Oh...well I don't need to adjust all that or anything right? So the first one is the better buy?

Yeah cause you can just use other programs to Overclock it if you really wanted to.
