I'm wanting to use the FAX facility built into XP with my faxmodem (an internal PCI) for sending & receiving faxes. Sending is not a problem, works fine, but receiving faxes is another matter. I've configured the faxing to answer after 3 rings, but the modem never picks up the call. I've looked everywhere on the net and can't seemto find a fix. The modem will only receive faxes if I click the button to answer manually - which is obviously a bit impractical if i'm not at my desk. Any ideas people?
